Instructions
Step 1: Make the Strawberry Crunch Topping
- In a small bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter until combined.
- Set aside for topping later.
Step 2: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
- If using, swirl in strawberry preserves for extra flavor.
Step 3: Coat the Waffle Cones
- Dip the rims of the waffle cones into melted white chocolate, then roll them in crushed Golden Oreos for a crunchy edge.
- Let them set for 5 minutes on parchment paper.
Step 4: Assemble the Cheesecake Cones
- Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag (or zip-top bag with the corner cut off).
- Pipe the filling into each prepared waffle cone until full.
- Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping generously over the cheesecake filling.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve
- Drizzle with extra melted white chocolate, then top with fresh strawberry slices.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before enjoying.
Notes
- Use Fresh Whipped Cream – It makes the filling extra light and fluffy.
- Freeze the Cones Before Filling – This helps keep the cheesecake cold and prevents soggy cones.
- Make Them Ahead – Prepare the cheesecake filling and crunch topping in advance, then assemble when ready to serve.
- Use a Different Crunch – Swap Golden Oreos for shortbread cookies or graham crackers.
