Ingredients

Scale

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup strawberry preserves (for extra flavor, optional)

For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

  • 1 cup Golden Oreos, crushed
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

For the Cones & Toppings:

  • 6 waffle cones
  • ½ cup white chocolate, melted
  • ¼ cup crushed Golden Oreos (for garnish)
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Strawberry Crunch Topping

  1. In a small bowl, mix crushed Golden Oreos, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Set aside for topping later.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
  4. If using, swirl in strawberry preserves for extra flavor.

Step 3: Coat the Waffle Cones

  1. Dip the rims of the waffle cones into melted white chocolate, then roll them in crushed Golden Oreos for a crunchy edge.
  2. Let them set for 5 minutes on parchment paper.

Step 4: Assemble the Cheesecake Cones

  1. Transfer the cheesecake filling into a piping bag (or zip-top bag with the corner cut off).
  2. Pipe the filling into each prepared waffle cone until full.
  3. Sprinkle the strawberry crunch topping generously over the cheesecake filling.

Step 5: Garnish & Serve

  1. Drizzle with extra melted white chocolate, then top with fresh strawberry slices.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before enjoying.

Notes

  • Use Fresh Whipped Cream – It makes the filling extra light and fluffy.
  • Freeze the Cones Before Filling – This helps keep the cheesecake cold and prevents soggy cones.
  • Make Them Ahead – Prepare the cheesecake filling and crunch topping in advance, then assemble when ready to serve.
  • Use a Different Crunch – Swap Golden Oreos for shortbread cookies or graham crackers.
