Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour (or oat flour)
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder
- ⅓ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers (for rolling, optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Ingredients
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, freeze-dried strawberries, and salt.
- Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.
Step 2: Shape the Balls
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- (Optional) Roll each ball in crushed graham crackers for a classic cheesecake touch.
Step 3: Chill & Enjoy!
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
