  • ⅓ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers (for rolling, optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Ingredients

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, freeze-dried strawberries, and salt.
  2. Add cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until a thick, dough-like consistency forms.

Step 2: Shape the Balls

  1. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  2. (Optional) Roll each ball in crushed graham crackers for a classic cheesecake touch.

Step 3: Chill & Enjoy!

  1. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
