- 1 tablespoon salt (for boiling water)
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For Serving:
- Extra grated Parmesan
- Fresh basil or microgreens (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Lobster Ravioli
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil.
- Add lobster ravioli and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-5 minutes).
- Drain and set aside, reserving ¼ cup of pasta water.
Step 2: Make the Lemon Butter Sauce
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring continuously, until slightly thickened.
- Add reserved pasta water for extra silkiness (optional).
Step 3: Combine & Serve
- Add cooked lobster ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
- Serve immediately with a side of garlic bread or a crisp salad.
