- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed crackers or chopped pecans (for coating)
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Step 2: Chill the Mixture
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Step 3: Shape the Cheese Balls
- Scoop small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
Step 4: Coat & Serve
- Roll each cheese ball in crushed crackers or chopped pecans for a crunchy coating.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
