Ingredients

Scale

For the Biscuit Bites:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count, regular size)

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Optional Glaze (for Drizzling or Dipping):

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 12 tbsp milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Cut the Biscuits
Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors.
You’ll end up with 32 bite-sized pieces.

Step 3: Coat with Butter and Cinnamon Sugar
Melt the butter in a small bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Dip each biscuit piece into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.

Step 4: Arrange and Bake
Place the coated biscuit pieces evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Step 5: Optional Glaze
While the bites are baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Once baked, let the biscuit bites cool slightly, then drizzle the glaze over the top or serve it as a dipping sauce.

Step 6: Serve Warm
Serve warm for maximum gooey, sweet enjoyment. These are best eaten fresh but can be reheated too!

Notes

Use Regular Biscuits – Not flaky layers for best results.
Don’t Overbake – Keep an eye on them; they cook fast and should be lightly golden.
Add Nuts – Toss in finely chopped pecans or walnuts before baking for crunch.
Use an Air Fryer – Cook at 350°F for 6–8 minutes in batches.
Go Mini Monkey Bread – Bake in a muffin tin for fun single-serving pull-apart bites.
