Ingredients

  • Butter (1 cup, unsalted, softened) – The creamy base of the spread.
  • Honey (¼ cup) – Adds natural sweetness.
  • Powdered Sugar (¼ cup) – Helps create a smooth, spreadable texture.
  • Cinnamon (1 ½ tsp) – Adds warmth and depth of flavor.
  • Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) – Enhances the sweetness.
  • Salt (¼ tsp, optional) – Balances the flavors.

Instructions

Step 1: Whip the Butter

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with a hand mixer for about 1–2 minutes until light and fluffy.

Step 2: Add the Sweetness

Add the honey, powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt (if using). Continue beating until everything is well combined and smooth.

Step 3: Store & Serve

Transfer the cinnamon honey butter to a jar or airtight container. Keep at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for longer storage.

Notes

  • Use Softened Butter: This ensures a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Adjust Sweetness: Add more honey if you like it sweeter or reduce the powdered sugar.
  • For Extra Fluffiness: Whip the butter longer for a lighter texture.
