Ingredients

For the Sliders:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard (optional)
- 12 Hawaiian rolls (1 package)
- 6 slices cheddar or American cheese, halved
- ¼ cup diced onions (optional)
For the Buttery Topping:
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Toppings (Optional):
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Mayo
- Lettuce & Tomato
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add beef, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
- Stir in diced onions if using.
Step 3: Assemble the Sliders
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Evenly spread the cooked beef over the rolls.
- Lay cheese slices over the beef.
- Place the top half of the rolls on top.
Step 4: Make the Buttery Topping
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and sesame seeds.
- Brush the buttery mixture over the tops of the sliders.
Step 5: Bake & Serve
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm with your favorite toppings!
Notes
- Use Freshly Shredded Cheese – Melts better than pre-sliced.
- Toast the Bottom Buns – Helps prevent sogginess.
