Ingredients
- Ground Beef (1 lb) – Lean for less grease.
- Onion (1, diced) – Adds flavor depth.

- Carrots (2, diced) – Sweet and nutritious.
- Celery (2 stalks, diced) – Adds a mild crunch.
- Diced Tomatoes (1 can, 14.5 oz, with juice) – Brings a rich tomato base.
- Tomato Sauce (1 can, 8 oz) – Enhances the broth.
- Beef Broth (4 cups) – The base of the soup.
- Potatoes (2, peeled & diced) – Adds heartiness.
- Frozen Mixed Vegetables (1 cup, corn, peas, green beans, etc.) – For convenience.
- Worcestershire Sauce (1 tbsp) – Adds depth of flavor.
- Italian Seasoning (1 tsp) – A blend of herbs for extra taste.
- Salt & Pepper (to taste) – Adjust as needed.
Instructions
Step 1: Brown the Meat
In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Step 2: Add Aromatics & Vegetables
Stir in the garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3: Build the Broth
Pour in the diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
Step 4: Add Potatoes & Seasonings
Add the diced potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5: Add Frozen Vegetables & Finish Cooking
Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes, or until all vegetables are tender.
Step 6: Serve & Enjoy
