Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural or regular)
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup rolled oats (quick oats work too)
- ½ cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or dairy-free)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and egg. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in oats and chocolate chips until well combined.
Step 3: Shape & Bake
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Flatten slightly with a fork or the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden.
Step 4: Cool & Enjoy!
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Serve warm or store for later!
Notes
Use Creamy Peanut Butter – Natural peanut butter works, but stir well before using.
